GYTA53 optical cable (96 cores)
The structure of GYTA53 optical cable is to insert 250 μ m optical fiber into a loose tube made of high modulus material, and fill the loose tube with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a metal reinforced core, and for some fiber optic cables with a certain number of cores, a layer of polyethylene (PE) needs to be extruded outside the metal reinforced core. The loose tube (and filling rope) is twisted around the central reinforcement core to form a compact and circular cable core, and the gaps inside the cable core are filled with water-resistant filling material. After longitudinal wrapping with plastic coated aluminum strip (APL), a layer of polyethylene inner sheath is extruded, and after longitudinal wrapping with double-sided plastic coated steel strip (PSP), a polyethylene sheath is extruded to form a cable.
